OUR METHODOLOGY
English Test
The test will be given in two segments; written and listening, we have our own minimum score to ensure that the candidate have adequate english proficiency especially for front liners.
Psychological Test
- MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) – for entry level staff
- Big Five – for senior staff level or supervisor
- DISC – for manager above
Competency Test
Indonesian National Qualification Framework issued by National Professional Certification Body adjusted with CATC (Common ASEAN Tourism Curriculum) based on ASEAN MRA-TP (Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professional) handbook.
Face To Face Interview
Our recruiter will conduct a face -to-face interview with candidates based on their expertise, for example our Chef Recruiter will interviewed candidates for kitchen division start from rank-file or commis to executive chef.
